Summary: The AC was very loud. The highway noise was constant and loud all night. Stayed on the 2nd floor, the people in the room above us you could hear them when they walked or ran across floor above. Th breakfast was adequate.

Summary: Stayed overnight to go to Darien Lake. Nice, clean hotel. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast had an amazing variety and waffles.

Summary: Room was comfortable, except too warm and no thermostat found in room. The breakfast was usual Hampton fare but was understaffed, and the food was not being replaced in a timely fashion.

Summary: Everything was great. Only negative was the hot tub. Seems like jets were installed incorrectly and are pointed up towards the surface, creating annoying splashing and overflowing the tub

Summary: The gentleman at check in was so friendly and welcoming! The room was clean. The hotel itself seems it needs minor touchups to not make it look run down. The heating/cooling unit was making rattling noises when it wasn’t even on. Assuming it was from the wind outside. As for Hotels.com, I am unsure if we will book again. Seems it was a hassle at check in. They tried 3x to charge my card again for the entire cost. It flagged my card.
